INFO ABOUT CHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUND


CHANGES OR RETURNS IN THE STORE
If you are not satisfied with the article purchased on carlocecchini.com, you can change it with another of equal amount or ask for a restitution with refund, within 30 days from receipt of the order. It will be necessary to go to the Carlo Cecchini Boutique in Via della Lungaretta 65 in Rome and, by showing the online purchase receipt, ask for a change or a refund. In case of a refund, it will take place with the same payment method used during the purchase. In either case, the change or refund may only be effected if, after proper control, the product will still be in the original condition, so not worn or altered in any way and equipped with the original label and protective bag.

 

CHANGES OR RETURNS WITH FREE DOMICILE PICK UP ñ Available only in Italy
Within 30 days from reception of the order, is possible to change items with others of equal amount or request a return with refund. To do this, you can apply for a domicile pick up by courier. How it works:

1. REQUEST THE DOMICILE PICK-UP ON CARLOCECCHINI.COM
If you are a registered user, go to the Returns section in “My Account”, then select the “Free Domicile Pick up” option and complete the online request.
Unregistered users will need to enter the Orders section and enter their e-mail address along with the order number in the “View a specific order” section. In the order details, click “Ask for a change or refund” and select the “Free Domicile pick up” option to complete the request.
You will then receive a confirmation by email with all the details about the request.

2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE, INCLUDING THE DELIVERY NOTE
Pack the items safely, if possible in the original packaging, and attach the accompanying delivery note. In this document you will need to indicate whether you want to change the item with another of equal amount, or have a refund for the corresponding items.
If you do not find the accompanying delivery note, enter to My Orders in the “My Account” section, select the order and print the “Delivery note”. Unregistered users will need to enter the Orders section and enter their e-mail address together with the order number.

3. THE COURIER WILL GET TO YOUR HOME TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE
Our courier will contact you in the next few days after request to confirm a date and time slot for picking up the items.
In case of returns, the refund will be made using the same payment method of purchase within 3-12 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel at our warehouses.

We may only proceed with the change or delivery if, after proper control, the product will still be in the original condition, so not worn or altered in any way and equipped with the original label and protective bag.

 

CHANGES OR RETURNS BY POSTAL SERVICE – Available in all the served countries
Within 30 days of the order date, you may request a Change with an item of equal amount or a Return with refund of the item purchased.
The cost of restitution of the product to our warehouse, via courier or postal service, is exclusively at the expense of the customer, while the shipment of the new product will be charged by carlocecchini.com.
In either case, we will proceed only after we have received the original product and verified its status: we will finalize the request only if, after proper control, the product will still be in the original condition, so not worn or altered in any way and equipped with original label and protective bag.

To make a return, you must complete the online Return wizard by loggin in your account and clicking on My Orders:
-Click on the ìRequest a Returnî button located next to your order number and follow the instructions on the screen;
-Print the Return Form, and insert it into the package. On the Return Form, circle the Change option, indicating the product with which you intend to make a replacement, or Refund;
-Send your return to the following address:
Carlo Cecchini Boutique: Via della Lungaretta, 65, 00153 Roma (RM), Italia.
Remember that if you make a return by postal service, carlocecchini.com does not accept shipments at the expense of the recipient or cash on delivery.

 

REFUNDS PROCEDURE AND TIMING
The refund times can go from 3 to 12 working days from the time of receipt of the goods into our wharehouse. As soon as we have verified the status of the returned items, we will proceed to the refund, which will take place with the same payment method used during the purchase. For ordinary returns the refund of shipping costs are note provided, only the amount of the item purchased will be refunded.
If, however, an item is defective or different from the one ordered and you decide to return it by postal service, in addition to the amount of the item will also be refunded the shipping costs. In this case, you must also include in the package the receipt of shipping costs to our office. As soon as we verify the status of the product, we will pay the amount for the returned items and the related shipping and return charges.
