Yes, you can delete the item or items that you do not want from the shopping cart, unless the order has already been submitted. Adding items to your cart is not a reservation and, if you do not end your purchase quickly, your cart content may run out of stock.

Yes, by accessing the “Fulfilled Orders” section of your account, you will be able to know the order status at any time. If the purchase was executed in the “Purchase as Guest” option you will be able to track the order using the link provided in the confirmation e-mail. For any delivery information, you can contact our Customer Care by calling +39 06580 9877 or by sending an email to info@carlocecchini.com.

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our best to meet your request.
Changes are only possible for the same item, by color and / or size, only if it does not exceed the initial price and availability.
You will not be able to add articles, but just delete them.
Modifications and cancellations will only be possible if the order is not ready for delivery or already shipped.

Once the order has been sent, it will no longer be possible to cancel it. However, once received, you may make a Change or Return. Please see the section “Changes and Returns”.

If, exceptionally, you receive wrong or faulty item, you may return it as long as it has not been used. To do this, refer to our Return Policy, under the “Changes and Returns” section. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care.
